Tailor Made Learning is a private, individualized learning experience that seeks to meet the needs of each student through a tailor-made educational plan.
ABOUT TML Ltd
Our group of companies is named TML Ltd, abbreviated as TML, which stands for Tailor Made Learning. Within our group of companies, we have several entities of which we either wholly or partially own, and we maintain close business relationships:
1. ROBOTIX, a well-established company. 2. Relax Home Design, specializing in designing learning environments. 3. Integration Company for establishing learning spaces, maker spaces, technology centers, and more. 4. YUVAL for learning process management. 5. IQ-BOX for environmentally friendly thinking games. 6. ITEC, another affiliated company.
Our goal is to impact the lives of all our partners and clients by enhancing the quality of training and learning within organizations. We provide for all three needs: 1. Equipment that we import to Israel. 2. Pedagogy surrounding the equipment (a complete learning environment). 3. An Active Learning Management System (A-LMS) that encourages learner engagement.
Our systems are rich in pedagogy that we write and edit, built upon various learning modalities and focused, short knowledge assessments. Our "recipe" for creating tens of thousands of training videos until now is simple: 1. Short videos up to 4 minutes. 2. In each video, we explain 80% of the content (challenging learners with the remaining 20%). 3. Every task and challenge must be submitted to an instructor for review and approval.

הדוכן שלנו עוצב כסימולציה של מרחב למידה גמיש (M21), המבוסס על הסקיצה התכנונית הייחודית שלנו:
זירת המייקרים והרובוטיקה: מרכז פיתוח המעודד חשיבה מחשובית ופתרון בעיות מורכבות דרך בניית רובוטים, רחפנים והדפסת תלת-ממד.
מתחם ה-VR וה-LMS: שילוב בין למידה במציאות מדומה לניהול למידה חכם, המאפשר למידה עצמאית ומותאמת אישית (Personalization).
מסלול "קארטינג הנדסי" וחקלאות מדייקת: הדגמת למידה חוץ-כיתתית (Outdoor) המשלבת חוקי פיזיקה, קיימות וטכנולוגיה חקלאית מתקדמת.
מרכז היזמות והחינוך הפיננסי: מתחם המוקדש להקניית אוריינות כלכלית וחשיבה יזמית – כלים הכרחיים להצלחה במאה ה-21.
